Operating Principle:

Within the pump body, twin rotary gears function with one being active and the other passive. The active gear drives the passive gear during operation, creating vacuum/suction in a pre-chamber. As gear teeth engage and disengage, liquid fills the gear cavities and is propelled at high pressure from the chamber.

Safety Relief Valve:

Factory-set, the safety valve is designed to automatically open in response to excess pressure within the pump or output piping. Once triggered, the valve redirects pressure and oil back to the inlet chamber, facilitating recirculation through the pumphead.

Compatibility and Specifications:

• Pumphead: Offers a flow rate of 9-11gpm at 1200rpm and features a pressure relief of 0.33Mpa, with a 20mm shaft and 1″ ports.
• Additional Components: Includes  8.5″ x 10 Base and Coupling for easy installation.
• Motor Options: Available with a Baldor Premium Efficient or Explosion-Proof motor.
